Common questions

How do I pay a tailor? SewNaija does not process payments. Agree details in chat, then pay the tailor directly. Always check the tailor's verified badge first.
How do I cancel an order? Open the order and tap Cancel order. Orders can be cancelled before Cutting & Sewing begins.
How do I delete my account? Account → Settings → Delete account.
Not receiving notifications? Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → SewNaija and make sure alerts are allowed.
