SewNaija connects clients with independent tailors. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on SewNaija. You must not post, send or upload anything that is:

• Hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying or discriminatory;
• Sexually explicit, pornographic or exploitative;
• Violent, graphic or promoting self-harm or illegal activity;
• Fraudulent, misleading or spam, including fake tailors, fake listings or fake reviews;
• Infringing another person's privacy or intellectual property.

Reporting and blocking

Every listing, review, chat and profile can be reported from inside the app (look for the report option or the ⋯ menu). In a chat you can also block a user, which hides your conversation and stops them contacting you. You can manage blocked users under Account → Settings → Blocked users.

We review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed and offending accounts are suspended or permanently banned.

Payments

SewNaija does not process payments. Clients and tailors agree terms and pay each other directly. Always verify a tailor's verified badge first.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time under Account → Settings → Delete account.
